幾日前開始作病,喉嚨好唔舒服.所以不停食我帶返黎嘅念慈菴.依家好咗好多.



My throat has been uncomfortable for a few days and I have been taking Nin Jiom, cough syrup, which I have brought from HK.  Now I feel much better.

其實念慈菴呢度啲亞洲人舗頭都有得賣,但係係香港三倍價錢.買嗰陣仲要留意有冇過期(試過差啲買咗過期貨).

In fact you can buy Nin Jiom in the Asian shops here but it is 3 times more expensive.  When you buy it, you must check the expiry date carefully.  Once I have nearly bought an expired one.

另外由香港拎返黎仲有正骨水(呢度冇得賣). 我買呢兩隻藥其實係受日本朋友嘅影響. 佢每次黎香港都買啲返日本. 咁我喺呢度又介紹俾呢度啲鬼佬朋友,佢哋又話好. 我返香港時都要幫佢哋買.

Another thing I brought from HK is Zheng Gu Shui, massage oil for muscle pain. I buy these two things because I just follow what my Japanese friend does.  Everytime she comes to HK, she buys some back to Japan.  When I'm here, I also recommend these to my gweilo friends.  They all say they are good.  When I was in HK, I needed to buy some for them.

講開買藥,國內同胞黎香港藥房買嘢, 香港人去日本藥房掃貨,日本人黎香港買漢方藥. 呢個現象都幾古怪.

Talking about buying medicines, mainland Chinese come to HK and shop in HK drugstores, some HK people go to Japan for Japanese medicines, some Japanese buy Chinese medicine in HK.  This phenomenon is weird.
