Tuna pasta

屋企有罐過期吞拿魚。食剩一半嘅西人酸豆 capers。想食意粉。

於是問問AI 有以上嘅要求可以煮乜。答案餘下。

 Ingredients:

  • 250 g (9 oz) pasta (e.g., spaghetti or linguine)

  • 1 can of Tuan in olive oil (about 150 g / 5 oz)

  • 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed and drained

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)

  • 1 pinch chili flakes (optional, for a bit of heat)

  • Juice of ½ lemon (or to taste)

  • Olive oil (if needed)

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve about ½ cup (120 ml) of the pasta cooking water, then drain the pasta.

  2. Prepare the sauce
While the pasta cooks, heat a bit of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion (if using) and cook until soft and translucent, about 3–4 minutes. Add the garlic and chili flakes, cooking for another 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. Add tuna and capers
Add the canned tuna (with some of its oil) and break it up gently with a spoon. Stir in the capers and cook for 2–3 minutes so the flavors combine.

  4. Combine with pasta
Add the cooked pasta to the pan. Toss everything together, adding a bit of the reserved pasta water to create a light sauce that coats the pasta.

  5. Finish
Squeeze in the lemon juice, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

簡單好食。依家有AI真係方便。
