yes, in oslo, if u bought monthly ticket, it is. u can just jump into the metro and bus, not need to pass through the machine. So if u were caught, u had to pay 700 kr or more. Reply this comment

英國好像沒有便衣，都是穿制服的。英國除了大站之外，絕大部分車站都是出入自如的，而且車票價格冠絕全球，我相信很多人都會逃票的。不過我就從來沒有試過，也沒有這個膽量，所以光坐火車上下班，每天就得花7.5鎊，現在算起來大約90元港幣吧。 Reply this comment
