Jamaican Banana Fritters

有隻熟到黑晒嘅蕉。醒起巡blog時見過一個牙買加炸香蕉,又試試先.http://smileandtalk.com/2015/02/17/how-to-make-jamaican-banana-fritters/

我得一隻梗係要運算一吓啦. 香蕉搓爛,落糖,香料。最後加麵粉. 炸得.
口感似我哋啲煎年糕。食味OK咁啦,食過一次算囉.



a) 6 Ripe Bananas
b) 2 Cups of Flour
c) 1 Cup of Granulated Sugar
d) 2 Teaspoon Vanilla
e) 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
f) 1 Spoon Nutmeg Powder
g) 1 Teaspoon Salt
h) Cooking Oil

  9. 炸香蕉我食過秘魯菜嘅fried plantains,佢哋係切大片炸,唔使搗爛,聽你提起,個口感又真係幾似年糕喎,我都係OK咁啦,食過一次算囉唔會再食
    btw,唔知你知唔知,將啲香蕉一隻隻撕開佢,用保鮮紙包住個頭,可以放耐啲唔會爛

    2. plantains係大蕉,比我哋食開嗰啲大隻啲,啲皮厚啲,多澱粉質啲,低糖無咁甜

      我自己就唔使包,因我去開嗰間西超買時佢哋已經包好晒,我覺得佢哋用嘅唔係保鮮紙,而係好似將條莖過咗膠咁,你試吓去多幾間超市睇吓會唔會有已經包好晒嘅?

    4. 我度青瓜係好似過咗膠咁一條條pack好.
      但係以前某間超市試過剝好咗啲蕉好似啲肉咁pack就卑人鬧爆多餘,已經冇再咁做。

      我去開嗰間西超無將青瓜過膠,但喺中超見過有將勝瓜過膠
      喺網上揾到資料話青瓜過膠真係放得耐啲喎:
      research shows that a wrapped cucumber lasts more than three times as long as an unwrapped one. It will also lose just 1.5 per cent of its weight through evaporation after 14 days, compared with 3.5 per cent in just three days for an exposed cucumber.

    7. 咁啲膠都要錢,佢哋唔會無啦啦晒錢過膠
      網上資料都有提到唔環保㗎,但又話另方面如果啲青瓜keep得耐可以減少運輸,咁反而環保,keep唔得耐壞晒要揼咗去,又要運過另一批嚟,咪一樣唔環保喎,針無兩頭利囉
