Chicken Shawarma

呢次跟Nigella 整阿拉伯嘅Shawarma.
Shawarma or Shawurma (Arabic: شاورما‎‎ / ALA-LC: shāwarmā;) is a Levantine Arab meat preparation, where lamb, chicken, turkey, beef, veal, buffalo meat, or mixed meats are placed on a spit (commonly a vertical spit in restaurants), and may be grilled for as long as a day. Shavings are cut off the block of meat for serving, and the remainder of the block of meat is kept heated on the rotating spit.

12件雞扒, 兩個檸檬嘅皮同汁,100ml 橄欖油,4瓣蒜蓉,兩塊月桂葉,兩茶匙paprika粉,兩茶匙cumin,  一茶匙 coriander, 一茶匙辣椒碎,¼茶匙肉桂, ¼茶匙肉豆蔻粉, 兩茶匙鹽。
將所有嘢撈埋一齊醃過夜。入焗爐焗熟就可以了.
