梳打粉同泡打粉即係乜嘢? 邊個先係baking powder?? 冇臭粉&奶粉咁用乜代替好?
實在等唔切啲答案.今日照開工. 梳打粉同泡打粉未知有乜分別,咁我用晒baking powder. 臭粉我估我呢度一定冇,唔用. 奶粉我呢度只有BB食嗰啲,但係超市又唔會有得賣個喎. 咁煩, 都係唔用.
新鮮出爐....個樣好得喎.
食落...同我食開嘅有啲分別. 個包唔夠甜. 個皮...唔識形容,總之味道係有分別. 下次試吓用豬油先.
今次個份量整咗三大兩細.食咗一大兩細lu. 個皮啲料仲有好多剩.可能聽日又整,消滅咗佢先得.
菠蘿皮材料:
臭粉、梳打粉、泡打粉 各1/3茶匙 + 砂糖 100g 拌勻後,
+ 低筋粉 180g + 菜油 50g + 牛油50g + 蛋 2茶匙 + 奶粉 3茶匙 + 奶/水 2茶匙,
全部材料混合成粉糰後, 分割成30g/pc 備用。

泡打粉係baking powder , 梳打粉=baking soda, 2樣都係起鬆化作用...
好多中式糕餅都要用臭粉...但有D又可以唔用...
你都做得到呀 ...好多材料都唔係話冇得改既...最緊要好食得啦...
