Germans are bit more extrovert? Or Germans are more rigid (or strict or honest), therefore they recorded in details the war crime they committed in WWII, while Austrians only educated their next generation that Austria was a victim and annexed by Germany? Just kidding. Personally I like Germany more. I like how they do planning and finish a piece of work using the minimal hours and have a relaxing life, how they solve a problem using different angles which I've never imagined. Maybe some other countries have the similar working style.
