Salzburg食食食


天氣真係變幻莫測. 香港打風, 維也納今日亦橫風橫雨. 氣溫由噚日32,急降到得12.聽日開始又會好天, 星期四會37度添.

每次Salzburg我都會去Universitätsplatz





幫襯呢檔Baumkuchen



我覺得好好食.如果遇著有新鮮出爐仲正. 黎咗三日我每日都買其實奧地利唔興Baumkuchen. 德國又唔係咁. 出於好奇,問吓檔主呢係咪Salzburg特產. 原來呢種係匈牙利style (羅馬尼亞一個地區都有).



Potato Dog? 行埋睇幅圖, 係薯餅包腸仔. 冇乜興趣買黎試.



Salzburg有乜一定要? Salzburger Nockerl. Salzburger Nockerl is one of the most famous dessert of Austria.  This serves many restaurants to charge shockingly high pirces for the soufflé made of little more than egg, sugar and air.

It is said that the Nockerl were invented in the early 17th century.  They are quite difficult to make and supposed to resemble the three mountains of Salzburg. (information from www.tourmycountry.com)



因為新鮮整. Order要等成廿分鐘先有得食. 咪以為好大舊,其實主要食空氣, 但好香蛋味. 正宗Salzburger Nockerlpat果醬. 今次見好多餐廳()都有落.




另外奧地利人都興“. 喺呢度搵到呢.




頭好似小街市咁




冷盆有火腿,沙律. 熱食只有一款. 呢日有魚.




有一晚去咗離Salzburg二十分鐘車程Söllheim. 左手邊間唔係普通屋黎架. 呢間係一間餐廳.




牆上可以買. 幅都要1100 euro.




佢用碟都有花花. 睇吓碟底係名牌瓷器黎架. 非常高貴.






奧地利人飯後會食甜品或芝士. waitresspro, 介紹每芝士. 上咗芝士排好次序,佢建議跟次序食.

    I've been in Salzburg too 4 years ago, ... during winter, it's freezzzing ... i did enjoy a hothot chocolat in the bar that Mozart frequented ... such a lovly old city!!!

    我在布拉格也吃過這種東西,現在才知道叫Baumkuchen。味道很好的。

    Baumkuchen, yes, 我係budapest的街市都有買黎食, 超平, 1.x hkd咋 呢d花花碟, 好熟口面, 因為我係西班牙一間餐廳食野, 佢都係用呢個牌字, 我以為係餐廳專有, 因為個waiter講話佢間餐廳係西班牙十大喎 但咁尊貴的餐廳都係用一樣的貨式, 有d失望添

    我第一次去Salzburg已經覺得佢好靚,仲要係冬天,得-10c, 遍地白雪,靚到不得了,但就唔知有咁多好野食

    我係捷克的古姆洛夫見到有間舖頭仔有得賣 Baumkuchen呀, 因為個到遊客多, 所以我食個件係 新鮮出爐 (諗起有D流口水 ......) Salzburger Nockerl 的原理係咪同梳乎梨/puff差唔多 幾多錢一份? 碟芝士有一匙類似茄汁, 係咩黎架? 點芝士用?
