希臘串燒Souvlaki

見到一個希臘雞肉串燒食譜,材料簡單。
Souvlaki (Greek: σουβλάκι), plural souvlakia, is a popular Greek fast food consisting of small pieces of meat and sometimes vegetables grilled on a skewer. It is usually served in a pita wrap with garnishes and sauces, or on a dinner plate, often with fried potatoes. 500g 雞胸肉切件,用鹽,胡椒,三茶匙橄欖油,三湯匙檸檬汁,一茶匙oregano,一瓣蒜蓉醃。
我冇grill就用pan煎佢燶一啲。
幾好味嘅,但係我相中個配搭冇汁食落乾咗啲。下次都係整埋食譜建議嘅Tzatsiki汁.

一個小青瓜去籽,切絲,加鹽出水後,落兩瓣蒜蓉,200ml 乳酪,四塊薄荷葉粹。撈好,鹽,胡椒調味.

    2. 有用鹽嚟搾乾水㗎,不過你知喇,青瓜水份高,同時乳酪也很易化水的,所以整好就要快啲食。
