我真係懵懵地,
以前唔知炒土豆絲係中菜,
亦冇食過.
呢度薯仔一買就一兩kg,又唔係成日食, 擺到開花結果(誇咗啲)都未食完.最近見T&P有炒土豆絲食譜,都好跟住整,消滅咁啲薯仔.
煮咗出黎都唔知啲薯仔熟未,照食. 味道都OK,但唔係我飛佛.
材料
大薯仔一隻切絲
葱絲
蒜蓉一茶匙
辣椒絲
白醋一湯匙(外國醋半湯匙 + 半湯匙水)
做法
薯絲浸水洗淨(大約要過三次水),
燒熱鑊, 下油用猛火將薯絲兜炒至熟,(見薯絲逞透明),
下蒜蓉, 葱絲, 辣椒絲兜炒片刻,
最後加入白醋, 鹽調味, 兜匀上碟.

賣相都唔錯吖!
我以前喺香港嘅上海食店都食過, 感覺幾清爽, 幾好味. 喺 kano 嘅中餐館會用土豆絲代替筍絲嚟整酸辣湯, 都係一樣咁好味!

薯仔, 好多食法呀, 薯仔炆雞, 洋蔥薯仔紅蘿蔔蕃茄湯, 薯蓉, 炸薯角, 焗薯不過2 kg, 又真係食到悶.....
炒土豆絲, 係爽的喎, 淋左就變薯蓉啦!

haha, 炒土豆絲居然變左名菜, 我之前都見到t&p整 我諗呢個餸實情無乜特別, 但我d大陸fds整個時, 果果都係一定要加醋 佢地炒出黎係爽同淋 唔脆架..
