9月10 喺scheffau做咗乜?上一篇都有提示,咪就係行山囉.

其實唔係好難行.而呢段行山徑有得Kneipp. Kneipp我唔知中文同英文係乜.意思係天然保健.係一百年前一位神父Sebastian Kneipp推廣.

Sebastian Kneipp (May 17, 1821, Stephansried, Germany – June 17, 1897 in Bad Wörishofen) was a Bavarian priest and one of the founders of the Naturopathic medicine movement. He is most commonly associated with the "Kneipp Cure" form of hydrotherapy, a system of healing involving the application of water through various methods, temperatures and pressures. <wikipedia>

Barfußweg赤腳徑.即係腳底按摩.呢度係起點.

終點有得洗腳.

有潔癖嘅我都踏出人生第一步.

但係嚟到呢度好似踩C咁.咪搞我.影吓個導賞員算喇.

掛咗好多松葉.頂部有鹽水不停流落嚟.有一種好似發霉嘅氣味.話吸呢啲氣對呼吸系統好喎.

Tretbecken喺凍水度行. 首先踏出右腳.每步都提高隻腳,大腿小腿成90度.

Armbecken 由導賞員示範.呢度係凍水浸手臂.又係首先放右手.然後手臂喺水度打圈.有助血液循環喎.我都有試.但係啲水太凍,頂唔順.只係做咗一陣間.
