最近睇T&P個生炒牛肉飯,真係冇諗過用免治肉炒飯.但係喺茶餐廳又食過喎.遺忘咗呢味菜添.一於整啦.
酒我冇,冇落.橄欖油煮中菜又好似怪怪地,所以我用咗嘛油.另外我呢個廚房白痴唔知生菜未煮係乜樣,所以唔知我呢度邊隻菜即係生菜(因為我多數生食,唔知邊種煮咗係生菜味).於是求其用咗紹菜.
自己整好有茶餐廳嘅味道.仲冇咁油添.上碟時想幫佢變高檔啲,咁喺露台申手摘咗啲野花點綴吓.
材料:
五杯米煮成飯
skirt steak 300g 剁碎
蛋三隻
香茅碎兩湯匙
生菜1/4 隻切絲
葱三條切葱花
做法:
牛肉碎用生抽, 少許酒, 橄欖油拌勻, 醃约半小時,
燒紅鑊, 下少許油, 将牛肉碎炒至七成熟, 取出待用,
用同一隻鑊, 下油, 爆香香茅, 加入飯炒勻,
将飯炒至鬆散, 加入蛋炒勻, 加入生抽三湯匙再炒勻,
将牛肉回鑊, 加入生菜絲, 葱花, 炒勻即可上碟

用橄欖油煮餸好普遍啦, 有咩唔得。 最好用 mild or light 千祈唔好用 virgin 來煮就得喇。
