雞脾肉--已經習慣買全雞自己起,平啲架.
Parsley-- 自己種嗰啲用晒,連根拔起.只好買雪藏.
蝴蝶粉-- 冇. 唔緊要, 屋企有Tagliolini all'Uovo.(係咪全蛋麵呀?有冇意粉達人解答吓).呢隻麵係有一次攞咗包sample返屋企,覺得好好食.之後搵咗好多間超市都買唔到.臨出發返香港時見有一間有,即買.所以屋企有stock.
雞粉-- 呢度冇架.有一次喺越南人舗頭見過有.超大罐,好似奶粉罐咁大.所以唔買.咁啱今次喺香港帶咗一小罐返黎.
生抽-- 原來已經用晒,好在鬼佬超市有.
薄荷葉-- 自己種嘅薄荷返到黎見佢已經C晒.冇落到.
整出黎好好味架.
汁料:
1 湯匙粟粉
1 茶匙雞粉
3/4 杯(180ml) 水
1/2 杯(125ml) cream
1 茶匙檸檬皮茸
1/4 杯(60ml) 檸檬汁
1 茶匙糖
1 湯匙生抽
l 粒蒜頭剁茸
1 湯匙薄荷葉碎

我都知買全隻雞喺便啲,不過,我好怕整隻雞放喺我面前,我唔敢斬佢﹗所以我只買雞胸肉著餸,雞翼因為自己整得唔好味,加上自己買嚟整也不便宜﹗寧願點外賣的算了﹗

So you are back again, spending the winter in the cold and dark Europe! Weather has been terrible in Holland. It rained almost everyday for the last month , how is it in Austria? Luckily, I am leaving soon to HK, bye-bye wet and cold Holland.
