睇落唔錯丫,雖然個汁好似稀左D... 我一直都想整egg benedict,但又驚好難,見好多食譜建議落醋,但我好憎陣醋味,所以早有打算用檸檬汁instead,見你用都work呀。Cornmeal我聽都未聽過,google之下先發現原來差唔多係polenta,有好多人建議無cornmeal可以用polenta代替,哈,又學到野喇!

未整既乾粉就係Cornmeal(玉米粉) ,整熟左既叫polenta(意式玉米糕)

講開加醋,我在法國一雪糕店吃雪糕時,見到有平日用來點麵包的黑甜醋賣,好奇問朋友,得知黑甜醋是加在雪糕上一起吃的。基於天生不怕死的性格,我也買來試了~~原來係好好味的~~
