想睇吓有乜正宗食譜.見人哋black

risotto當然係搵魷魚配.急凍魷魚要去大間嘅超市先有,係已經洗好咗,好方便.

解咗凍先知佢係打直劏,冇得切魷圈.
我一pack墨煮咗250g米,睇落好似唔夠色.仲有我見啲魷魚size都OK,只係用咗6隻.出嚟個risotto係冇乜魷魚味囉.
btw我見遊客先去嗰個街市Naschmarkt有鮮魷.
10歐1Kg,算唔算貴呢?但係我未必會買,因為唔識洗.

可以試吓住墨汁西班牙海鮮飯或者好黑既墨汁墨魚麵

我成日懷疑魷魚墨汁可以食架﹗其實﹐o的墨汁有乜野營養﹐o吾覺好味或者色彩吸引o窩﹐食左仲會成棚牙變黑﹐好肉酸呀﹗ 見到o吾都開胃。

10 euros per kilo of squid is not expensive in Europe. In France, it costs around 14 euros, but i feel that is smells more fishy than in Hong Kong.
