材料我有齊喎,真係好少可.唔開工等乜呢??
我個出品,真係好有小炒feel.好食好食.下次要加多啲鹽.
材料﹕
梅頭肉 500g
蒜, 薑蓉各一茶匙
葱一條切粒
红辣椒1隻切粒
生粉3湯匙
醃料﹕
五香粉 1/2 茶匙
芫荽子粉 1/2 茶匙
孜然粉 1/2 茶匙
辣椒粉 ( 隨各人喜好 )
鹽 3/4 茶匙
糖 1/2 茶匙
做法﹕
梅頭肉切件, 用醃料醃約2小時, 煮前上生粉
燒红平底鑊, 下油6湯匙, 燒熱油,
將梅頭肉分別放入, 半煎炸至熟及上色, 取出待用
倒去餘下的油, 爆香蒜, 薑蓉, 葱花, 红椒,
将梅頭肉回鑊, 兜勻, 即可上碟
賣相好得喎﹗
