我得一隻梗係要運算一吓啦. 香蕉搓爛,落糖,香料。最後加麵粉. 炸得.
口感似我哋啲煎年糕。食味OK咁啦,食過一次算囉.
a) 6 Ripe Bananas
b) 2 Cups of Flour
c) 1 Cup of Granulated Sugar
d) 2 Teaspoon Vanilla
e) 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
f) 1 Spoon Nutmeg Powder
g) 1 Teaspoon Salt
h) Cooking Oil
香蕉最好生食,夠方便嘛!要食有梅花點嘅,好甜又防癌。

我自己就唔使包,因我去開嗰間西超買時佢哋已經包好晒,我覺得佢哋用嘅唔係保鮮紙,而係好似將條莖過咗膠咁,你試吓去多幾間超市睇吓會唔會有已經包好晒嘅?

喺網上揾到資料話青瓜過膠真係放得耐啲喎:

刪除網上資料都有提到唔環保㗎,但又話另方面如果啲青瓜keep得耐可以減少運輸,咁反而環保,keep唔得耐壞晒要揼咗去,又要運過另一批嚟,咪一樣唔環保喎,針無兩頭利囉
炸脆啲係咪會似薯片?
