特羅吉爾/ Trogir

Day 3 in Split: 呢朝濃霧, 喺酒店房時不時聽到船隻響號. 聽講Split全年只有兩日係大霧,咁都俾我遇到, 真係唔知好彩定唔好彩. 呢一朝去咗半個鐘車程嘅Trogir行.

Day 3 in Split was foggy. I could hear the horn from some ships in the hotel room.  People say that there are only two foggy days in a year in Split.  I was so "lucky".  This morning I went to Trogir.  It's only half an hour by car from Split.

Trogir係一個島仔,有橋連接,唔使搭船. 呢個島成個都係UNESCO嘅世遺.

Trogir is a small island and is connected by bridges.  So there is no need to go by boat.  The whole island of Trogir is an UNESCO world heritage.

到咗Sea Gate馬上入去四周圍行. 城牆外細細間嘅係古時嘅魚市場.

I arrived at Sea Gate and walked in immediately to explore this island.  In front of the city wall was a fish market.

Town Hall, tourist information喺呢度

鐘樓同埋隔離14世紀嘅涼廊

Clock Tower and the loggia which was built in the 14th century.

以前呢個涼廊係法庭黎架

This loggia was used as a court in the past.

Cathedral of St Lawrence

雕花門框, 1240年雕造, 左右有亞當同夏娃企喺獅子上. 但係出錯咗.

A door frame full of sculptures, made in 1240.  On both sides stand Adam and Eve.

Mistake 1: 母獅有鬃毛?? / Lioness with mane??

Mistake 2: 亞當,夏娃有肚池??? / Adam and Eve have bellybuttons???

仲雕咗唔同嘅月份, 但唔齊十二個月. 我只係記得第一幅最上面係十二月

Scenes of the different months of the year are also carved.  But not all 12 months are there.  I only remember the top one on the first photo is Dec.
