泡菜粉

之前出篇blog大家都好有興趣睇吓泡菜粉係乜.

pack粉唔係成日見有.我一見到會買幾pack. 包裝有德文,另外我估係荷蘭文同法文. 泰國出嘅.






有圖解.

紹菜切半,夾啲蔥絲蘿蔔絲.然後每層灑上泡菜粉. 室溫放一日後,切段,雪兩晚. 收成!





評語>味道同正宗泡菜係有少少出入.但係我呢邊韓國啲泡菜一買要買好大pack. 都係自己整少少過吓口癮好啲.





紹菜頂嗰part我通常切絲生食. 個底用嚟整泡菜

    估唔到泰國出韓國泡菜粉...
    我之前睇discovery 介紹德國人都好接受泡菜呀..因德國本身都好多醃酸菜同類....
