有日睇電視,有三國傳統湯比試.其中一個係羅宋湯.突然好想飲.
想正宗,走去搵俄文食譜.見以下呢個有圖,煮法都似我睇電視嗰個,就跟佢.

- 牛肉放水煲佢個半鐘.撈起,切粒,放番喺湯度.
- 洋蔥切粒,椰菜,紅菜頭,蘿蔔切絲.
- 紅菜頭+茄膏+醋煮5-7分鐘.
- 另用鑊炒香洋蔥,再落蘿蔔炒.
- 薯仔切大粒放入湯.然後加椰菜煮5分鐘.
再落紅菜頭煮10分鐘.落埋洋蔥,蘿蔔,仲有bay
leaves煮15-20分鐘.加啲蒜蓉.

- 食時加pat

大家見個份量咁多,我當然冇跟啦.我按比例減咗.另一問題係佢冇水個份量.我煮出嚟味道淡咗. 唯有落多啲醋...
原先想正宗,最後係都係調咗個香港口味.

先將牛肉略煎, 畢起備用 , 再炒茄膏,畢起;
係湯煲內燒熱油 , 加入菜, 蕃茄 ,紅蘿蔔, 薯仔, 等配料略炒,加水,加茄膏拌勻,加牛肉, 煮滾, 轉細火,加蓋燉煮...食前試味即可.
P.S.所有薯仔, 紅蘿蔔都係切塊, 而唔係切絲.

我曾經係俄羅斯當地飲過一個非常類似嘅菜湯 點餐時還滿以為自己點了俄羅斯羅宋湯 但點知上桌時個湯原來係要涷飲架 咁請問知唔知究竟是一湯2種飲法還是另有其湯?!
