奧地利南部盛產南瓜. 嗰區有間酒店嘅welcoming cake係南瓜子油蛋糕. 我覺得好好食架.維也納好少見有呢個cake.
最近喺某本地超市雜誌見到呢個cake嘅食譜. 材料我有齊. 一於整整,順便消滅咗啲瓜子.
Zutaten für 4 Personen 4人份量: 4 Eier蛋, 100g Wasser水, 1Pkg包 Vanillezucker雲尼拿糖, 100ml Kernöl南瓜子油, 100g Kürbiskerne 南瓜子(halbiert分半), 150g Staubzucker糖霜, 100g Kristallzucker沙糖, 250g Mehl麵粉, ½ Pkg. 包Backpulver發粉.
Backrohr auf 180C vorheizen焗爐180度預熱.
Gugelhupf-Form einfetten und mit Mehl ausstauben und mit den Kürbiskernen
auslegen蛋糕模塗上油,麵粉. 灑啲瓜子喺底Dotter,
Wasser, Staubzucker, Vanille und Kernöl schaumig rühren蛋黃,水,糖霜,雲尼拿,南瓜子油搞到杰. Eiklar mit Kristallzucker nicht ganz
steif aufschlagen打蛋白同沙糖, 但係唔好打到太企身. Dottermasse mit 1/3 des Eischnees und dem
Mehl glattrühren, dann den restlichen Schnee unterziehen. 1/3蛋白,麵粉加入蛋黃漿搞勻(個食譜講漏咗發粉. 我估係呢個時間落卦),加入餘下蛋白 . In die Form füllen und in etwas 50
Min. fertig backen倒入模焗50分鐘.

呢個形狀嘅cake 奧地利叫Gugelhupf. 而南瓜子油係深綠色,個蛋糕當然會係綠色啦.
