Fennel呢隻嘢未食過,唔知乜味,又唔知自己鍾唔鍾意食,所以一直冇買過.

Fasching食品

Fasching時候, 奧地利人會食Krapfen應節.

Krapfen即係中間冇窿嘅donuts. 我估可能係由呢度傳咗去美國喎.

據德文wiki講其實1486年時維也納已經有食譜記載.1690年以御廚Cäcilie Krapf命名Krapfen.

Krapfen一年365日都有得食. 我最怕中間一大pat果jam嗰啲.

Schlager music

住咗一段時間, 依家都幾鍾意聽奧地利德國啲Schlager music. 啲歌輕快又易上口.

Schlager music is a style of popular music prevalent in Central and Norhtern Europe, and Southeast Europe and also (to a lesser extent) in France and Poland. Typical schlager tracks are either sweet, highly sentimental ballads with a simple, catchy melody or light pop tunes. Lyrics typically center on love, relationships and feelings. The northern variant of schlager (notably in Finland) has taken elements from Nordic and Slavic folk songs, with lyrics tending towards melancholic and elegiac themes. Musically, schlager bears similarities to styles such as easy listening music.

大家可能都知歐洲各大城市嘅租單車系統. 除咗單車維也納有兩個租車系統. 等我講講我覺得比較方便嘅一個啦... car2go 可能有人覺得租車唔係新嘢啦!! 但係呢個car2go梗有一架喺你左近.

Himmel und Erde(天與地)係德國Cologne嗰頭嘅名菜.

Himmel und Erde(English: Heaven and earth; in the Rhineland: Himmel un Ääd) is a traditional German dish most popular in the regions of the Rhineland, Westphalia and Lower Saxony. It was also popular in the past in Silesia. The dish consists of black pudding, fried onions, and mashed potato with apple sauce. It has been known since the 18th century. The name of the dish originates from the name of two of the main ingredients: the apples coming from the trees, i.e. from up in the sky, and the potatoes coming from the ground. (A dialect word in German for potato is Erdapfel (English: earth apple), or Äädappel in the Rhineland, so there are two kinds of "apples" in the dish)

鳳梨酥

喺科隆間TK Maxx買咗個方型muffin模. 第一時間想整鳳梨酥. 有位鳳梨卷高人blog友畀咗個食譜我好耐,終於有模,可以交功課喇.

250g all purpose flour, 150g unsalted butter,30 g icing sugar,2 tbsp. milk powder,1 egg yolk,pinch of salt,

5 tsp vanilla essence (未經許可,我唔po成個食譜出嚟喇)

奧地利如花雌雄莫辨

歐洲歌唱大賽代表奧地利的參賽者，是位擁有魔鬼身材，但面上長滿鬍子的「奧地利如花」，比賽還未開始已引起外界關注。「奧地利如花」Conchita Wurst，本名Tom Neuwirth，其實是一名有易服喜好的男子，喜歡將自己打扮女性，但卻故意留下有男性象徵的鬍子，外界猜測他是為了表達一個社會，能容納不同群體的重要性。
