回覆刪除“Die Waldspirale” is an apartment building with rented flats. In “Die Waldspirale” are some shops and catering establishments too. At the lowest part of the building is a pub and in the highest part (9th, 10th, 11th floor) of the building is a restaurant and a cocktail bar. At the rooftop (9th floor) is an outdoor Café with a very nice unobstructed view over Darmstadt and the courtyard of “Die Waldspirale”.

至於住宅入面係點，原來係每個單位都唔同㗎：
“Die Waldspirale” contains 105 apartments, distributed over 7.020 m³. Every apartment is unique, nothing is the same, inside as well as outside. The building contains 12 floors and is 43 meters high at his highest level.
The with trees and grass overgrown flat rooftop is like a slope. It is walkable but not accessible for visitors. At the highest end of the roof is a tower which contains the restaurant. For the tower’s 130cm thick foundation they used 127 (metric) tons of iron and 1300m³ of concrete. In total they used 12.000m³ concrete to build “Die Waldspirale”. They used 50% recycled concrete to build “Die Waldspirale”.
