我只係買過台灣滷水料乾包,一袋十個,我咁耐都係用左一個,因為用完可以再用幾次,好衿用架!(首先將滷包落滾水煲到出味就撈起佢,然後先落其他醬油。滷包灘凍包好放入雪櫃可再用)茶葉蛋唔應該落鹽,豉油老抽就夠,鹽只係得個鹹字。[版主回覆08/11/2011 03:17:52]滷水料乾包唔覺有.
