噚日去咗hea---飲食篇
噚日去咗hea. 當維也納得3度嘅時候, 奧地利南部有8度呀!陽光普照,好暖.
It was a relaxing day yesterday. When it was only 3C, here in the south was 8C. It was so sunny and warm.
坐咗兩個鐘車, 同朋友黎到呢間喺Stein嘅家庭式餐廳食我哋飛佛嘅維也納炸豬扒.
We drove 2 hours and came to this family restaurant in Stein in order to have our favourite Wiener Schnitzel, deep fried porkchop.
奧地利人食炸豬扒係滴啲檸檬汁嘅.而我鍾意點茄汁. 呢間餐廳唔使收茄汁錢架.我呢個係跟飯. 奧地利人煮啲飯好乾身同埋鹹鹹地,好好味.
Austrian usually put some lemon juice onto the Wiener Schnitzel. But I like to eat with ketchup and this restaurant don't charge extra for the ketchup. The one I had was with rice. Austrian rice is dry and already is salted. I like it.
夜晚就去咗一間Heuriger食. In the evening we ate in a Heuriger.
Heuriger係奧地利特有.Heuriger餐廳通常係喺葡萄園附近. 可以點佢哋自家制嘅酒同埋食吓嘢.
Heuriger is an Austrian specaility. These kind of restaurants are usually near the grape yards. You can order their home made wine and eat something.
喺Heuriger嘅例牌菜:火腿拼盆,有豬油,酸瓜,燈籠椒,雞蛋,芝士同埋唔同口味嘅火腿啦. 呢個係二人前但係夠三個人食架. 9.50 euro.
They must have this in a Heuriger: assorted hams with pig oil, pickle, bell peppers, egg, cheese. This is for two but enough for three people, 9.50 euro.
而火腿拼盆會係放喺木板或砧板上,每人都會有一塊細砧板
And they are served on a wooden board or a cutting board. Each person is given a small cutting board as plate.
Heuriger嘅枱通常係長枱,因為歡迎搭枱.咁樣三唔識七嘅人就可以搭搭咀,吹吹水.
The tables in Heuriger are usually long because they want you to share the tables with others. Strangers sit and can join in your conversation.

D炸豬扒大塊過同厚過我跟團時食果碟呀
個火腿拼盆好吸引 Euro9.50 咁大碟唔算貴, 應該幾飽吓, 好少見咁大碟的前菜!

9.50 euro. very cheap with that big portion,.... yes, with ketchup, everything becomes tasty, that is the secret I can stand the food in europe... haha

Wow, Heuriger seems very nice...at least i'm hungry just from looking at it . You know i even feel bad to know that you're living in a place with temperatures ranging from 3-8ºC, when here the temperatures are somehow an average of 19-21ºC, lol... that's quite a very big difference

其實你鐘唔鐘意食奧菜, 果d炸豬扒 (豬扒唯二煮法之一,炸和煎 ) 同冷盤 - ham, cheese 和凍腸仔片? 老實講,我好麻麻, 所以想知有無香港人/中國人愛吃 (如果有得揀食乜的話)....
