i think even the temp here and hk are the same, i dont feel the same level of coldness of hk now the temp at night in portugal is around 7 C, but i dont feel really very very cold, however, if 7C in hk, it is really cold so, if i m a tourist from hk when i see the weather forecast of europe is around 5-10 C at nite, i will definitely bring down jacket.... 香港人好似特別鍾意著羽絨，外國就唔多興。仲有香港人好似特別怕凍，十幾度就話寒流襲港，啲鬼佬十幾度著短袖衫咋。我次次返香港都被人問，點解著咁少衫，唔怕凍咩？我好想話，咁點解你又著咁多，唔熱咩？ Reply this comment
