燉蛋

最近見blogDaDa 整燉蛋.到又想埋一份.於是跟張家總管方法.!冇份量.

持住自己黎咗維也納變咗廚神,求其啦.

登登登……

味道~~唔夠甜.太多牛奶味,唔香蛋味.次再整過.

將牛奶用中小火煲暖 (不要滾、亦不要太熱) 加糖
蛋一隻打勻

將蛋加入奶中

隔去較粗的蛋白

鋪上錫紙以中小火蒸十三分鐘

    I don't know the official English word for this Chinese dessert. Let me call it 'Egg Pudding' which is made of milk, eggs and sugar.
